Please pardon the unusual Wednesday communication. I am writing to comply with the Children’s Protection Act to notify everyone that the town of Bedford and their mosquito prevention vendor East Middlesex Mosquito Control and Suffolk County Mosquito Control plan to spray for Mosquitos at the John Glenn Middle School.
Spraying is scheduled to take place September 13 to 16 beginning at 6:30 pm.
There are three documents that we are required to provide for you. They include:
- The Massachusetts Department of Agricultural resources Pesticide Standard Written Notification Form;
- The Massachusetts Department of Agricultural resources approved Consumer Information Bulletin for Schools, Daycare Centers, and School Age Child Care Programs; and
- The Massachusetts Department of Agricultural resources approved chemical-specific fact sheet(s).
