Major Alfred Colonaro (USAF, Ret.) passed away on September 8, 2021. Maj. Colonaro’s final tour of duty was at Hanscom Field in 1976; he and his family remained in Bedford where he volunteered at Bedford Community Table, the Food Pantry, and dedicated many hours to the Council on Aging’s Fix-it Shop.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Michael Church, 90 Concord Rd., Bedford, on Wednesday, September 15, at 10 am. Face masks will be required in the church. Interment will follow at Shawsheen Cemetery in Bedford.
