Betty Baker passed away on September 7, 2021. After getting married on NBC’s Bride and Groom television program in 1951, Mrs. Baker and her new husband moved to Bedford in 1952. She worked as a Home Economics teacher at Bedford High School, developing ‘bachelor survival skills’ courses for male students. In her spare time, she was a snow skier, card player, and golfer who loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Mrs. Baker’s funeral services will be private.
