A recent Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research survey found that 15% of Americans are worse off financially than they were a year ago.
Most Americans have weathered the pandemic financially, with 55% of Americans saying their financial situation is about the same as it was a year ago, while 30% say their finances have improved this past year.
