John Glenn Middle School Principal Kevin T. Tracey has been named principal of Reading Memorial High School, effective July 1.
Superintendent of Schools Philip Conrad informed the School Committee of the appointment at its virtual meeting Tuesday. Committee members congratulated Tracey and wished him success.
Tracey is a veteran Bedford school administrator. He served as an assistant principal at Bedford High School in 2006 and took over the reins at JGMS six years later. He was one of three finalists for the position.
