Phillip H. Ballou passed away on September 12, 2015. A long time Bedford resident, Mr. Ballou was a contractor and master carpenter for more than 50 years before retiring to Stuart, Florida. He will always be remembered for his sunny disposition, his positive attitude, and a genuine love for his profession.
A celebration of Mr. Ballou’s life took place in Florida in 2015. Burial is now scheduled for Shawsheen Cemetery in Bedford.
