Town Government at Work for the Week of September 24, 2018

Here are highlights from some of the posted agendas this week.

The Community Preservation Committee will meet on Monday, September 24 starting with an Executive Session at 7:00 pm In regular open session starting at 7:30 there will be a Public Hearing on their 2018 Program and Plan and will Review Potential Requests.

On Tuesday the Planning Board will meet at 7:00 pm for a Housing Strategic Study Presentation, At 7:30 they will hold a scenic road and street tree Hearing for a stonewall and driveway relocation at 376 Davis Road.  Next, they will hold a special permit hearing for an Industrial Mixed Use (IMU) for master-planned campus development at 40, 50, 60 Crosby Road.

The Arbor Resources Committee will review root protection plans in construction zones at Lane & Davis Schools plus the plans for an ADA compliant bike path to the Narrow Gauge Rail Trail. Fifteen trees are scheduled to be removed and replaced at the Middle School.

Two Upcoming Selectmen’s Public Hearings are scheduled on Monday, October 1, 2018:

  • 7:30 am Historic District Commission Bylaw Amendment
  • 8:15 pm Cable Television Committee Bylaw Amendment
