‘Children of Eden’ and ‘Lion King, Jr.’ Earn Prestigious MET Award Nominations

The Massachusetts Educational Theater Guild award nominations were announced in a live stream on Wednesday evening. Congratulations to Katrina Faulstich and Amy Budka for shepherding this year’s BHS and JGMS musicals, and to all the actors, musicians, and crew who created each of these standout performances.

The 2017 BHS spring musical Children of Eden earned 10 nominations:

  • Best Overall Production
  • Best Acting Ensemble
  • Best Choral Ensemble
  • Best Leading Actress: Natalie Lewis
  • Best Supporting Actor: Jayden Heller
  • Best Supporting Actress: Kirsten Henry
  • Best Featured Ensemble: The Snake
  • Best Lighting Design and Execution
  • Best Props Design and Execution
  • Best Sound
