With a stiff wind blowing out right field, everyone knew runs were going to be hard to come by in the Bedford High softball home opener against Boston Latin.

BHS won 3-1

Senior Nicole Kennedy pitched another gem, striking out 7.  Her ERA is still 0.0

Capt. Liz Carter got the lone RBI, as most of the runs were scored because of wind-aided errors. Nicole Kennedy, Megan Beecy, and Sena Changelian each slapped out a hit for Bedford

Bedford expects to stay hot in the 80-degree heat as they travel to Concord-Carlisle on Wednesday, April 12th for their next game at 3:45.
