Middlesex Community College’s Corporate and Community Education & Training program is offering two gardening programs on the Bedford Campus this spring: Sustaining Your Garden During Climate Change and Mastering Garden Skills.  Classes begin Saturday, March 25.

“Sustaining Your Garden During climate Change” (PER 781 30)

Climate change is forcing gardeners to question their understanding of plants and gardening. This class offers an organic approach to achieving green healthy plants, lawns, and gardens that are safe for children and pets, and less harmful to the environment. Topics covered include, plant nutritional needs, soil dynamics, water conservation, plant selection and propagation, landscaping and garden design, and organic pest solutions.
