This fall the Bedford Public School District is introducing an automated service that simplifies and streamlines the process of recording and managing faculty absences and finding substitutes. This service is called Aesop and is scheduled to go “live” on September 12, 2016.
“While we continue to recruit additional substitute teachers,” noted Assistant Superintendent Mary Lou Sallee, “we want to thank all the wonderful folks who contribute in so many ways to help cover our classrooms and share their professional knowledge and interests with our students.”
The school department invites interested professionals to investigate becoming substitute teachers in Bedford by contacting the Superintendent’s Office at 781-275-7588 or by emailing Laurie Venuti at [email protected] to apply.
