Springs Road Development LLC has filed plans and supporting information for a 13-unit Planned Residential Development special permit and subdivision, under Section 9 of the Bedford Zoning Bylaw and the Bedford Subdivision Rules & Regulations. The legal addresses of the land parcels included are 614 and 616 Springs Road and 10 Green Street, which together form an L shaped area.
The proposal consists of: 9 new ‘senior oriented’ houses (7 detached and 2 duplex units) served by a cul de sac off Fox Run Road; keeping the house at 614 Springs Road; 3 new larger houses on the end of Buehler Road with a shared driveway; and designation of protected Common Open Space areas.
- A public hearing on the proposed development will be held on Wednesday August 3 at 7:30pm in the Town Hall multipurpose room.
- A technical stormwater report has also been submitted and is available in the Planning Office.
- A Notice of Intent for the proposed development will be discussed at the July 27 Conservation Commission meeting, at 7 pm in the Selectmen’s meeting room at Town Hall.
Anyone interested in the proposal should attend the August 3 hearing where there will be an opportunity for questions or comments.

Call it what it is, Fox Run Road Development. It has absolutely nothing to do with Springs Rd. If approved, the development will be accessed from Fox Run Rd.
