Multiple Eversource trucks and employees were in Bedford on Christmas night, scoping out the electrical power outage that darkened several neighborhoods. The trouble began around 7 pm on Christmas night, affecting 559 homes throughout the center of town.
The power was still out at midnight, and workmen at the power station could not promise when the electricity would be restored noting, however, that the company is committed to fixing the problem as quickly as possible.
