The public hearing on a 3-lot conventional residential subdivision began on May 5. The Board voted to continue the hearing to May 19 with the proviso that if the information and revised materials were not ready in time, it would be further continued to the next meeting.
Since the applicant is still preparing revised plans and considering some ideas, the subdivision proposal is not on the May 19 agenda.
The intention is that the Board will vote to continue it to June 9.
