Families attending the Bedford Family Connection’s 2015 Spring Egg Hunt were undaunted by the early morning rain, or the clouds that filled the sky until just before the hunt began at 10 am on the lower playground and the upper woods at Davis School.

Organizers Kristine Shaw, Holly Munsie and Noelle Oliveria and their team of volunteers breathed a sigh of relief when the sun came out and the wind died down a bit. Eggs that were carefully and evenly distributed across the area reserved for Bedford’s youngest blew beyond the boundary and a pair of volunteers worked to move them back into the area until the hunt began.
