Bedford Center for the Arts is offering a pair of artists’ studios located on the ground floor of Old Town Hall, 16 South Road. Centrally located in Bedford’s community cultural center, the studios offer on-site parking, handicapped accessibility, within walking distance restaurants, banks, shopping and the MBTA bus line.
The work spaces feature natural light, and the rental fees include utilities.
- Studio 101 is approximately 200 sq ft and rents for $225/month
- Studio 103 is approximately 285 sq ft and has its own entrance, and rents for $350/month.
