A free talk/workshop, Mindfulness for Living with Ease, will be presented by mindset coach, speaker and movement specialist Linda Ugelow, M.A., from 7:15 until 9 pm on Wednesday, February 4, in the meeting room at the Bedford Public Library.

“We’d all like to be able to enjoy our lives to the fullest, to be in the “here and now,” said Ugelow, “but how to get there? Our lives are so full that it’s so easy to get stressed out even when things are going relatively well.  The “to do” list is too long.  Something comes up that we weren’t planning on having to take care of.  We can’t find our keys.”

Mindfulness can help us let go of the stress, open to the present moment, enhance memory, and help us flow through the day.  Ugelow will present the research, practice meditation, and everyday movement and moment awareness. A little bit goes a long way.

Although the event is free, space is limited so please click RSVP to reserve your spot.
