The weather was perfect for this year’s Suzanne and Company Holiday House Tour, sponsored in collaboration with the Bedford Chamber of Commerce. The sun shone brightly, there was no snow like last year, and the tour was a smashing success with the highest attendance to date.
There were five houses on the tour this year, including our own farmhouse! It felt so rewarding to show folks all the hard work we have put into the house over the past 4+ years. My daughter June was my co-host, which was also a lot of fun- I was so proud of her.
The tour featured a wonderful mix of homes scattered throughout Bedford’s beautiful neighborhoods, each festively decorated and each different from the others.

Reception at First Church of Christ
Chamber of Commerce Maureen Sullivan had arranged for live music in some of the homes, which added to the jolly mood and was a great touch. First Church of Christ, Congregational, hosted a reception where the attendees relaxed, enjoying tea or hot chocolate with homemade cookies..
