The Bedford Center for the Arts Photo Group will host a workshop entitle “Optimizing your Photography Workflow” led by nationally regarded educator, Tim Grey, at Bedford High School, Saturday, April 5, from 9 – 4:30.

Tim Grey is regarded as one of the top educators in digital photography and imaging, offering clear guidance on complex subjects through his writing and speaking.  Many digital photographers have followed Tim’s free email question of the day (see https://timgrey.com/asktimgrey) for over 12 years (his distribution list is around 17,000).  Tim’s questions cover almost every area of digital photography from those dealing with image capture to the more difficult questions of how to transform a so-so picture to one worthy of submitting to an art show.

“Besides being a recognized expert in so many areas of photography, Tim is also a wonderful speaker” commented Bob Bass, the director of the Photo Group. “He’s also one of the friendliest people I know and this comes across in his workshops as being a person you can easily listen to all day”.   Grey is offering all attendees a free subscription to his monthly electronic magazine, Pixology, normally $20 a year.

Grey has authored more than a dozen books on digital imaging for photographers, including the best-selling Real World Digital Photography and Color Confidence. He has produced dozens of video training titles on a wide variety of subjects. Tim has also had hundreds of articles published in magazines such as Digital Photo Pro, Outdoor Photographer, and others. In addition to the Ask Tim Grey email newsletter, he publishes the Pixology monthly electronic magazine, and produces the Ask Tim Grey Podcast. Grey teaches through workshops, seminars, and appearances at major events around the world.

Holding the workshop at the High School will provide a comfortable environment and free parking to the over 100  people who are expected to attend.
Preregistration and more information about the workshop are available at  https://timgreyinbedfordma.eventbrite.com is advised to avoid delays entering the workshop on the day of the event.  Anyone with questions should contact Bob Bass at [email protected].
