Sky and Telescope editor Alan MacRobert of Bedford will appear on Greater Boston this evening to discuss the discovery of the primordial B-modes by a team at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics who discovered the first direct evidence of cosmic inflation — or the Big Bang.
Greater Boston is broadcast on WGBH-TV, Channel 2, at 7 pm.
