“Anything Goes,” the classic Broadway musical, runs at Bedford High School from Wednesday, March 12th until Saturday, March 15th. Director Katrina Faulstich says “it is a classic piece of American musical theater, filled with humor, energy, and Cole Porter’s timeless score.”
The original show opened on Broadway in 1934 and ran for 420 performances, the fourth longest-running show of the 1930s. Since then, two Broadway revivals have topped the Billboard charts. The Bedford High production follows the 1987 revival, which starred Patti Lupone as Reno Sweeney. Click here to read more about Bedford’s current production.
“Anything Goes” opens with a Wednesday matinee, March 12 at 4:30, and runs Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings (March 13, 14, & 15 at 7:30).
Tickets
Tickets, $12 for the public and $10 for Senior Citizens, are available at JGMS, Lane School, Davis School, Fetch It, the Bedford Council on Aging, Great Road Gallery and Framing, and at the door before the performances.
Tickets for the Bedford High production of “Footloose” sold out last year, so it is safer to buy tickets ahead of time.
