The Bedford Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner and Celebration will take place from 6 to 9 pm on Wednesday, February 19, at the Doubletree Bedford hotel on Middlesex Turnpike. A great party, the event is open to everyone in the community. Tickets are still available (click here), and each one includes an outstanding set of community-based awards, a terrific speaker and great food.
Annual service awards for 2014 will be presented to the following individuals:
- Business of the Year: Summit Health & Fitness
- Business Person of the Year: John Jamesappollos of The Well Effect
- Diversity Award: Anne Guay
- Outstanding Service to the Chamber: Mark Abrams
- Ray of Hope: Bennett Driscoll
Guest speaker Hank Phillipi Ryan is both an on-air investigative reporter at WHDH-TV, but also an award-winning mystery writer. Her newest book “The Wrong Girl” has spent time on the Boston Globe’s bestseller list and has been nominated for several awards.
