Flavors of Bedford

The 13th annual Flavors of Bedford will be an extravaganza of exciting ideas, and delicious food, served with a side of competition, featuring restaurants, grocery stores, and bars from Bedford and the surrounding area.

Here’s a chance to size up local Chefs, who come together to cook, compete, and serve up some of their best appetizers, entrees, and desserts in tasting portions at tables where attendees can meet, greet, and eat in the company of friends, family, and foodies.  High School performers add to the festivities with background music and vocals, and, according to event organizers, the raffle prizes donated by area merchants seem to get better every year.

$40 buys you a ticket that entitles you to tasting portions of a range of delicious appetizers, entrees, and desserts.  Coffee is provided free of charge; wine, beer, and mixed drinks can be purchased from the event bar .

The event runs from 4-6 p.m.; tickets cost $40/person; $25 for seniors 65 & over, with discounts available for larger parties. Tickets are on sale at New England Nursery 216 Concord Road, Great Road Gallery & Framing 363 Great Road or online  at www.flavorsofbedford.org .
