Acting on behalf of AT&T/Cingular, Michael Dolan of Brown Rudnick, LLP has formally withdrawn an application to the Bedford Zoning Board of Appeals seeking special permitting and a variance to erect a 125-foot telecommunications tower at 274 North Road.
The letter of withdrawal comes after Selectmen voiced disapproval for AT&T’s proposal at their August 5 meeting, and after a group of citizens numbering “over 100” became active opposing the tower.
