The Middlesex Sheriff’s Office is running it’s 13th annual camp for Bedford children ages 9-11 years old the week of July 29th. The camp is free, and this year there are several vacancies for Bedford kids.

Campers are presented lessons that cover topics such as anti-bullying, bike safety, fire safety, and how to avoid dangers while on the internet.

These lessons are mixed with other fun activities. Counselors are high school and college age young adults as well as Bedford police officers and firefighters.  Campers are transported to the camp via bus in the morning and returned in the afternoon. There is no cost for campers to attend.

For more information on Middlesex Sheriff’s Camp and to register go to www.middlesexsheriff.org.
