Atrium Gallery Summer Show 2013Submitted by the Bedford Free Public Library’s Arts Steering Committee

The Bedford Library’s Art Steering Committee hosts several shows each year in the Atrium Gallery above the first-floor circulation desk and on the Community Art Wall, located opposite the entrance to the Children’s Room.

In the Atrium Gallery

“Clay, Paper, Light” showing works by the the gallery curators is on view at the library gallery  through September 4.

The curators are ceramic artist Carol Rissman, photographer Astrid Reischwitz and  mixed media collage artist Jean Hammond.

The Bedford Free Library Gallery announces its first exhibit on the Community Art Wall, featuring the photography of Rebecca Brill Weitz.

The Bedford Community Art Wall is open to all Bedford residents and people who work in Bedford. It showcases small art projects in an informal setting. Please send an email with a brief statement about your artwork and up to 5 images (low resolution jpegs) to Library Director Richard Callaghan. [email protected]
