The BEST Carnival and Circus is coming to the Bedford High School on Saturday March 23!
Circus performance will take place at 10:30 am, 12:30 pm, and 2:30 pm, with Carnival games, activities and food from 11 am until 4 pm. Cirque du Jour is back with a brand new show by former Ringling Bros. comedy duo Bucky & GiGi for us this year.
Children of all ages will be sitting on the edge of their seats during their 45 minute show. Kids and adults will double over with laughter as Bucky & GiGi combine comedy magic with good old fashioned slapstick comedy.
Before and after the performances, BEST will host a Family Carnival with traditional carnival food provided by Flatbread, Bedford Farms, Kayem and the 99 Restaurant. Come get your face painted and enjoy over 15 games where everyone wins a prize! The raffle will return, with items donated by local businesses.
And the Principal Pie Shop will be a Carnival feature again this year: Come throw a pie at your favorite principal, teacher, firefighter or police officer.
Buy your circus tickets early before they sell out. Tickets for the circus are only $8 for adults and children. Circus and carnival tickets may be purchased through the Bedford Recreation Department online at www.BedfordMA.gov/Recreation. Circus tickets are not necessary for children under 1 year of age.
Carnival game tickets are available in a sheet of 24 for $6 or 2 sheets for $10. Carnival tickets can be bought the day of the event and used towards food, games and face painting.
