On Wednesday, December 12, the Bedford Planning Board will hold a public meeting to consider whether to accept a proposal to amend the mixed-use special permit for the property at 100 Plank Street. The complex is owned by Criterion Development Partners, which also owns the Village at Taylor Pondapartment complex. The properties are on or adjacent to Middlesex Turnpike.
The public hearing is intended to solicit input from residents, specifically about Criterion’s plan to convert two office/retail buildings to 48 residential units. The new plan would retain 2,000 sq. ft. of retail space. Five covered garages would be built as well.
