May 23 at 6:30 in the Bedford High School Library Parents and caregivers of juniors and seniors, come join Charles Alperin, LICSW, one of our School Adjustment Counselors for a discussion on, “Making a Smooth landing at College: Learn about Mental Health resources and Healthy Independence for your Teen” Charles will lead a conversation on how to connect your child with the appropriate resources on campus, your rights as caregivers, and lots of information about how your young adult can keep themselves both happy and healthy as they transition into independence. You will also learn about other wellness resources and activities that are
