Democratic Caucus and Town Committee Meeting


On Thursday June 15th at 7 PM, Democrats will convene virtually to choose 9 delegates and 4 alternates to represent Bedford at the 2023 State Democratic Convention. Registered and pre-registered Democrats in Bedford 16 years old by May 23, 2023 may vote and be elected as delegates or alternates during the caucus. Youth (age 16 to 35), people with disabilities, people of color, and members of the LGBTQ+ community not elected as delegates or alternates are encouraged to apply to be add-on delegates at the caucus or by visiting The 2023 Convention will be in person at the Tsongas


Bedford and Burlington Democratic Social

We will be having a joint Bedford/Burlington Democratic Social on Sunday October 1st from 2-4 pm at First Parish in Bedford. Newly elected Democratic State Committee chair Steve Kerrigan will be joining us, as well as Ken Gordon, Mike Barrett, and other elected officials. This will be a great chance to hear what is going on at the state level and meet and mingle with local Democrats and others. Refreshments will be provided. This event is open to all.




Registered and pre-registered Democrats in Bedford will be holding a caucus on Thursday March 7th at 7:30PM to elect 9 delegates and 4 alternates to the 2024 Massachusetts Democratic State Convention. The caucus will take place virtually. Democrats who wish to participate may register at This year’s state convention will be held on Saturday June 1st at the DCU Center in Worcester where delegates will gather to voice their support for our nominee for United States Senate and to set forth a winning agenda for the Commonwealth and the nation. The caucus is open to all registered and pre-registered
