Women’s Self Defense and Physical Empowerment WrxShop

This interactive class addresses the challenges women face regarding personal safety, physical confidence and positive body image.  In a fun and supportive environment, we will demonstrate and practice simple yet effective self-defense techniques and review important tips for safety. Learn important information in just one night! Sign up with a friend! Please wear comfortable workout attire.  All net proceeds benefit the “Neighbors Helping Neighbors” program that provides our community members in need with financial assistance in order to take part in Recreation Department programs.
