Tour guide: Victor Curran of the Concord Visitor Center
In a town famous for the independent spirit of its people, Concord’s women have always been leaders, fighting for justice and creating a uniquely American vision in literature and art. Come with us to hear the stories of these remarkable women, and see the places where they made their mark. The tour will meet in front of the Old Manse at 269 Monument Street (park across the street in the Minute Man parking lot) and continue into Concord Center. Please wear good walking shoes and be prepared to be outdoors up to 2 hours and to cover a distance of approximately 2 miles.
