Vacation Bible School, First Baptist Bedford, August 13-16

Are you looking for something fun for children to do toward the end of the summer? Join our celebration of God’s love, lively music, warm friends, and just plain fun. Mark your calendar now and plan for your children to attend Vacation Bible School (VBS), August 13-16, Monday through Thursday, 10:00 am-1:00 pm. A light lunch will be provided each day. The First Baptist Church of Bedford invites children ages 3-12 years to come to an exciting VBS program called “Shipwrecked: Rescued by Jesus.”

First Baptist Church will be transformed into a place buzzing with excitement!  The children will have an opportunity to venture onto an uncharted island where kids survive and thrive as they are anchored into the truth that Jesus carries them through life’s storms. They will participate in memorable Bible stories, sing catchy songs, play team-building games, dig into Bible snacks, and enjoy KidVid videos about how Jesus rescues. Each day concludes with a time of upbeat worship.

“Shipwrecked: Rescued by Jesus” VBS will be held at the First Baptist Church, 155 Concord Rd., Bedford, MA.  A family dinner and program will be held on Thursday, August 16, at 6:00 pm.  Under the direction of Minister to Youth & Family Linda Blades, the VBS program is open to children of all faiths.  The cost is $10.00 per child or $20.00 per family.  For further information or to register, please call (781) 275-8151 or email [email protected].
