Town Compost Center Open – EXPANDED HOURS ADDED
March 31, 2018 @ 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
An event every week that begins at 8:00 am on Saturday, repeating until April 28, 2018

The Department of Public Works is expanding its Yard Waste program to help residents clear their property of tree branches and other yard waste that Old Man Winter left behind.
The DPW is opening the Compost Center on Saturday, March 31 and every Saturday in April from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. In addition, the facility will be open every Wednesday in April from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Also, from Saturday, March 31, to Friday, April 6, the DPW is placing two dumpsters in the parking lot on Mudge Way to collect tree branches. Branches can be dropped off any time from dawn to dusk at the two designated dumpsters. The DPW will empty the containers as needed.
The DPW is postponing the Curbside Yard Waste Collection until the week of April 23-27.
More information is available at the DPW’s website: https://www.bedfordma.gov/department-of-public-works.
