This hearing was originally scheduled for March 13 but was postponed to March 20 due to the snow storm.
36 North Road scheduled public hearing on February 27, 2018 to review a Special Permit application to redevelop property for abakery and café with a residential apartment, and associated parking and landscaping, under the North Road Mixed Use Overlay District provision, Section 17 of the Zoning Bylaws will be continued on March 13, 2018 without testimony.
The Planning Board shall make rules and regulations relating to subdivision control
The Board also reviews subdivision proposals and “Approval Not Required” plans (ANR’s)
