Planning Board Public Hearing on Great Road

The Planning Board’s January 31 public hearing agenda is available here.
This hearing will begin with a continuation of the hearing from January 23. The board will present concepts for the four business zones they have defined along The Great Road and hear public comment on related adjustments to the zoning map. The Planning Board shall make rules and regulations relating to subdivision control
The Board also reviews subdivision proposals and “”Approval Not Required”” plans (ANR’s)
