There are two public hearings during the January 23 meeting:
Great Road Zoning Project Public Hearing—review proposed amendments to the Zoning Bylaw, related to the Limited Business and General Business Districts along The Great Road and North Road
Military Housing Reuse Overlay District (former Coast Guard property)
Public Hearing—review proposed amendments to the Zoning Bylaw, related to redevelopment of the former Coast Guard housing property at Pine Hill Road, Mickelson Lane, and Lewis Road.
The Planning Board shall make rules and regulations relating to subdivision control.
The Board also reviews subdivision proposals and “”Approval Not Required”” plans (ANR’s)
