Wednesday, May 3, 2023 is National Bike & Roll to School Day. All families are encouraged to have their child try walking, biking, or rolling from home or from a convenient drop-off spot near their school.

Lane School students who can’t bike all the way from home can be dropped off to ride up the Narrow Gauge Trail to Lane on a chaperoned ride sponsored by Bedford’s Bicycle Advisory Committee. The ride will depart from the Bank of America parking lot at Hillside & Great Rd. on May 3 at 8:00 AM sharp. Please drop your child off by 7:55 AM. The chaperoned ride will be in the morning only.

Davis School is also participating in Walk, Bike, and roll to School Day. Students, parents, and staff will meet at the Lutheran Church parking lot at 8:50 and travel together to school.
