Minuteman Senior Services Spring Forward Fun Run & Walk

Join Minuteman Senior Services in May for the Spring Forward Fun Run & Walk!  You will have the option of running or walking a 5K (3.1 miles) or 10K (6.2 miles) along the route of your choice anytime from May 1 – 9, 2021.  Other than the registration fee ($35/Adult, $15 for children 12 and under), there is no fundraising required, however you do have the option to  increase your support by setting up an individual or team fundraising page or joining a team.

This is a great way to enjoy being outside with friends and family, get some exercise, and support a great cause!  The mission of Minuteman Senior Services is to empower and advocate for those impacted by aging and disability, and for over 45 years they have been helping older and disabled adults age with independence and dignity in the setting of their choice which is most often their own homes and communities.  We are based in Bedford, MA and service communities north and west of Boston.
