Sponsored by Bedford Elementary Schools Together (BEST PTO), the Middle School Parents Association (MHSPA), the Bedford High School Parents Association (BHSPA), and Bedford Youth and Family Services.

It’s often overwhelming to be a parent in today’s technology-driven society. Keeping up with the latest trends and dangers can seem like an impossible task.  Bedford’s PTOs are sponsoring a captivating speaker with over a decade of experience, to come to each grade at Lane, JGMS, and BHS on Monday, October 15, to have a relevant dynamic conversation. Katie Greer, an expert in technology safety, will have an open honest conversation with each student body customized to their age range as a series of school assemblies on Monday, October 15, 2018.

She will help open their eyes to the necessary safety and personal precautions to observe when online and will conclude her day by hosting a talk with the parents at 7 PM at BHS.  She will guide you through the digital waters and let you know what’s new, what’s now, and what’s next when it comes to your children and technology.
