Indigenous People’s Celebration

FreeOn Oct. 8, 2022, the Greater Lowell Indian Cultural Association (GLICA) will be at the Billerica Public Library, 10:00am-2:00 pm. They will be downstairs in the Children’s Room with artifacts and ready to answer questions. Upstairs in the Library in the Conference Room there will be a study area on Native American History with folks there to assist with questions. At 3:00 pm GLICA moves to the First Parish Church in Billerica Center for drumming and dancing. A film on the USA Indian Schools will be shown at St. Anne’s Episcopal Church in North Billerica at 6:00 PM. This event is presented by the Billerica Adventure Series Corp.
