PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Bedford Board of Health will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, May 7, 2018 at 7:00 pm at the Bedford Town Center Building, 12 Mudge Way, Flint Room, Second Floor, Bedford, MA 01730.
The hearing is on an amendment to Section 4(c)5: Membership Organizations of the Town of Bedford Regulation Prohibiting Smoking in Workplaces and Public Places whereby smoking would be prohibited at membership organizations in town.
A copy of the proposed regulation amendments can be obtained from the Board of Health website www.bedfordma.gov/health or their office, 12 Mudge Way, Bedford, MA. Public comments will be accepted at the same office through May 1, 2018.
