The Bedford High School Performing Arts Department will present TWELFTH NIGHT, the classic Shakespearean comedy about love and mistaken identity, November 17 and 18 at 7:00pm in the BHS Auditorium. Tickets are available now through the Performing Arts Department website: https://bhschorusandtheater.weebly.com/tickets.html. Tickets are $12 for adults and $10 for students.
TWELFTH NIGHT tells the story of the lovesick Duke Orsino, the grieving Lady Olivia, the fussy steward Malvolio, and the shipwrecked young Viola, who disguises herself as a boy and ends up caught in the middle of both a love triangle and an elaborate revenge prank.
Forty BHS students make up the cast and crew. The themes and language of TWELFTH NIGHT are most appropriate for audiences in middle school and up. The show, adapted by E. Holmes, runs 90 minutes with an intermission.
