Bedford Health Department COVID-19 Bivalent Booster Clinic

The Bedford Health Department will be hosting COVID-19 Bivalent Booster Clinics.  Both the Moderna and Pfizer Bivalent boosters will be available at these clinics. Bedford residents 12 years of age and older are eligible for a single bivalent booster dose of the Pfizer BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine and residents 18 years of age and older are eligible for a single booster dose of Moderna. You are eligible for a bivalent booster if you are the minimum age and it has been two months since you completed primary vaccination or have received the most recent booster dose with any authorized or approved monovalent COVID-19 vaccine. If interested in receiving a bivalent booster, please register for an appointment for one of the clinic dates listed below for the booster type you desire by clicking on the corresponding registration link. Please note that there are separate registration links for the Moderna booster and for the Pfizer booster.

Please make a separate appointment for each person receiving a vaccine. Each registered person must have a completed the 2022-2023 COVID-19 Bivalent Booster Registration Form and bring their COVID-19 vaccination card(s) or proof of COVID-19 vaccination(s) with them to their appointment. We request that all attendees wear a mask while attending the clinics and clothing that allows for easy access to your arm for vaccine administration. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The clinics are free and open to those who live and work in Bedford however we ask that you bring your insurance card(s) with you for vaccine program reimbursement purposes.
