An Artist’s Journey with Janice and David Jones

The husband and wife team of Janice and David Jones share a passion for creating art. In “An Artist’s Journey,” Janice will relate her story as a quilter and show examples of her work. She will focus on the inspiration and story behind her pieces and explain the materials and techniques she uses. David, an artist who works in oil, talks about his background shows samples of his oil paintings. Then they present work that they have collaborated on. The audience sees David’s work in oil and Janice’s reinterpretation in fabric side-by-side while hearing about the inspiration behind the two pieces.
