Image Sharing with Sue Anne Hodges


On Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at 7 pm the Bedford Center for the Arts Photo Group will welcome Sue Anne Hodges for a virtual evening of Image Sharing.  The topic is Any Two Shots.  Sue Anne Hodges is a professional photographer and photo educator. Sue Anne started college as an art student but after a year made the switch to photography.  She graduated from New England School of Photography with a major in Advertising Photography and a minor in Technical Color.  Her career began as an advertising photographer, helping to build and supervise an in-house studio for Lechmere, a retail


BFAB/BHS Step Team Fundraiser at Red Heat Tavern

Bedford High School has a new performance group formed this year by a BHS Alum. The BFAB Step Team will be holding a fundraiser at Red Heat Tavern on Tuesday, Feb 21. 10% of all dine in and take out sales on Tuesday from 4pm - 10pm will be donated to the group. No need to bring any flier, just stop by and grab a bite to eat!

Breakfast: Start 2023 and your morning with the FBCOA

Please join the Friends of the Bedford Council on Aging (FBCOA) on Tuesday, February 28 for a delicious complimentary breakfast and friendship. The FBCOA is a volunteer, multi-age, non-profit group that works to provide essential support and services for the seniors of Bedford and the Council on Aging.   If you are not already a member of the FBCOA, it is not too late to join.  Annual FBCOA dues are $5 per person or $7 per family.  A Complimentary Breakfast will be served at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, February 28 at the Council on Aging Senior Center, 12 Mudge Way.  


The History of New England’s Stone Walls

Old Town Hall Great Room 16 South Road ~ Third Floor, Bedford

University of Connecticut geologist and author Robert Thorson will join the Bedford Historical Society and its co-sponsor, the Bedford Garden Club, and the public in the video streaming presentation on The History of New England’s Stone Walls. He will examine several images of these special Northeast treasurers and show what local “wall-watchers” might see that “bird-watchers” might not. The event is free and open to the public. This program is supported in part by a grant from the Bedford Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by the Mass Cultural Council, a state agency.

SNAP is a program that provides financial benefits to supplement the food budget of individuals and families in need. The application process takes about 15 minutes.
