For many years, a dedicated group of volunteers have been assisting taxpayers in preparing their federal and state tax income tax returns. The Bedford Volunteer Tax Program is looking for compassionate and friendly people to join the team for the upcoming tax season. The more people that volunteer, the more clients who can be served.
People are not required to have extensive knowledge of tax law. Training is provided and you will always work with another volunteer. If you have prepared your own returns in the past and have some time between February and April, the program could certainly use you.
