Submitted by Sylvia Mallory on Behalf of the Bedford Cultural District Partnership
To mark the Bedford Cultural District’s one-year anniversary, the Bedford Cultural District Partnership is pleased to announce its Music & Arts Festival 2023. The celebration will take place, rain or shine, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, June 17. The festivities will unfold on the Bedford Common in front of First Parish, 75 The Great Road, and at nearby locales.
Join in to celebrate summer in the heart of the Cultural District! Drop in at open houses sponsored by local organizations and galleries. Stop by the Common to participate in painting a mural. Take part in hands-on art and craft activities and browse the tables of various groups and vendors offering their artwork and crafts for sale.
As you tour the fair, music will be in the air. Read on!
Coffeehouse Series
Music and the aroma of coffee will be the festival vibe as people explore the launch of a coffeehouse series in Bedford. Please stop by the Bedford Cultural District tent to fill out a brief survey in which to share your views on the coffeehouse proposal. If you are a performer and/or if you are interested in helping to staff the coffeehouse, the Bedford Cultural District Partnership would like to hear from you, too.
Excited about the prospect of a coffeehouse coming to town? You can complete the coffeehouse survey online now at https://forms.gle/BB8mzNKU8U3kFMrt5.
