The 7-6 Bedford High School boys’ lacrosse team, propelled by a 14-2 weekend win over Woburn, embarks on a challenging road trip on Tuesday with a contest at Concord-Carlisle.

The team plays at Newton South on Wednesday and travels again Sunday afternoon for a make-up game at Arlington.

“The team had a great game all around” against Woburn, Coach Ashley Martell said, highlighted by Eric Miles scoring his 100th career goal. And he did that in just two varsity seasons, “which is a huge accomplishment,” the coach asserted.

He scored the last six of those 100 at Woburn, joined by Richie Fedele, Charles Demeo, and Logan Skipper with two each, and single goals from Nick Tatarczuk and Jackson Malio.

Ryan Cohen had nine saves and the defense in front of him was solid.
