March is here, the first hint of spring is in the air as well as the general greening of wardrobes as many people celebrate St. Patrick. Here’s a far-from-complete list of what’s going on around town with the local eating establishments
Minuteman Diner (363 Great Road):
Trivia is every Thursday night from 7:30 – 9 p.m. Saturday night is music and on St. Patrick’s Day, the diner will be staying open until 11 p.m., featuring music from Ben Couvee.
Maggie’s Other Farm (15 Middlesex Turnpike):
Head to Maggie’s Other Farm for Soulful Sundays during the month of March. Enjoy acoustic blues and soul from local musicians, including Greg Hamilton on March 5 and Chad Verbeck on March 12, AND the staff-favorite special – Chicken & Waffles served with maple syrup and jalapeno pepper jam.
Other weekly happenings during the month of March include Kids Eat Free Sunday; Buy One, Get One Half Off Sushi Tuesday; Buck-a-Bone Wednesday, and Acoustic Music on Thursday Nights.
Peppers Grille (321 Great Rd):
Peppers will have a Corned Beef and Cabbage Special all day for St. Patrick’s Day. It was a very popular event last year and it sold out. Coming soon all sorts of entertainment will be on tap.
The Flatbread Company (213 Burlington Rd):
There are great benefits going on in March on Thursdays. The Flatbread Company will be celebrating St. Patrick’s Day all month long with special-themed pizzas and cocktails.
Red Heat Tavern: (152 Great Rd):
Red Heat has brought back their Family Feud game on Tuesday nights from 7 to 9 p.m.
